Topics I speak about

Through my work across festivals, cultural institutions and public bodies, I’ve developed a particular interest in how culture is created, experienced and sustained. I regularly speak on leadership, creativity, communities and the systems that support artists and audiences to thrive.

  • How cultural organisations can balance artistic ambition with public value, build resilient teams and partnerships, and create programmes that are both creatively ambitious and socially meaningful. Exploring leadership in moments of change and how institutions can remain relevant to the communities they serve.

  • The conception and delivery of festivals, programmes and experiences that connect people to ideas, artists and one another. Examining how curation shapes meaning, how experiences can extend beyond the stage, and why live culture remains vital in an increasingly digital world.
